Starting with the London 2012 Festival, the BFI is exploring Alfred Hitchcock’s complete
works with gala screenings of his silent classics and a full retrospective at BFI Southbank.

Alfred Hitchcock’s directorial debut The Pleasure Garden, made when he was 25,
follows the love lives of two dancers at a London nightspot. Score by Daniel Patrick Cohen
performed by live Royal Academy of Music Manson Ensemble at Wilton’s.
