Purcell’s magical semi-opera – a combination of myth, allegory and English history – is given a radical makeover. Reinterpreted, recreated and rearranged, Club Inégales fuse sumptuous orchestration and freewheeling improvisation creating a re-imagining of Purcell’s masterpiece like no other.
