We do not operate a cloakroom and for safety and security reasons we discourage guests from bringing large bags to Wilton's. Guests with large bags may be denied entry to the theatre.

Tickets cannot be refunded unless a performance is cancelled. In the event of a cancelled performance, patrons will first be offered the opportunity to exchange tickets for another performance; if there are no alternative tickets or if the patron is not able to attend an alternative performance the full purchase cost of the ticket will be refunded.
Subject to availability, tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production at a cost of £3 per order (not per ticket). Tickets cannot be exchanged between productions.
Exchanges can only be made over the phone or in person at the box office during opening times (Monday to Friday 11am-6pm). We are unable to offer exchanges on tickets within 24 hours of the scheduled start time. In this instance we will offer to put your tickets up for resale.
If a performance has sold out we are happy to try and re-sell your tickets as returns. In order to return tickets, an email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the order and tickets to be returned. Please note that we cannot guarantee the re-sale of your tickets. If a returned ticket does not successfully re-sell we cannot offer any further credits, exchanges or refunds. If they are re-sold, you will be refunded via the original payment method. Cash refunds will be held at Box Office for collection.
We are unable to offer credit notes in place of an exchange or refund as we cannot transfer sales across productions.
In all cases, the original tickets (if posted in advance) must be returned to the box office at least 24 hours prior to the original performance date. Wilton’s Music Hall takes no responsibility for tickets lost in the post.
Any previous handling or transaction charges are non-refundable.
Please check your tickets and confirmation email carefully as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date.
Wilton’s Music Hall will operate an advance waiting list for sold out performances. If any tickets are returned, the waiting list will be contacted in chronological order and at the discretion of the Box Office up until 6pm the day before the performance. After that time the advance waiting list will close and all returns will be in person only at the Box Office, starting from one hour before the performance begins.
A maximum of 10 tickets per order can be booked through our website. Please contact the Box Office for bookings of more than 10 tickets.
We strongly recommend reserving seats for free events as they get booked very quickly. All reserved tickets are held until 10 minutes before the event starts, after which doors are opened on a first come, first served basis to those without reservations. As the turnout for free events can be unpredictable, tickets are always over allocated and so early arrival is recommended to guarantee a seat, even with a reservation.
Tickets can be posted for performances with reserved seating only at a cost of £1 per order. We will endeavor to post all tickets out by second class post within 2 working days of making a booking. Tickets can only be posted for performances at least 10 days away, after that time they need to be collected at the Box Office.
All tickets for performances with unreserved seating must be collected at the Box Office. The Box Office opens for ticket collection one hour before the performance begins. Please bring along your confirmation email (which can be printed or displayed on your phone) or the card you used when buying the tickets. If you would like someone else to collect your tickets, please give them your email confirmation to show at the Box Office or contact the Box Office in advance to give the name of the person collecting the tickets.
