£60 + VAT per hour (minimum of 3 hours) for access between 10.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday

Daily Rate (bar closed) 

£240 + VAT for access 10.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday, £340 + VAT for access 10.00 – 17.00 Saturday

Evening Rate with access to our staffed bar 

£550 + VAT for access 17.00 – 23.00 Monday to Thursday

Weekend Evening Rate with access to our staffed bar 

£650 + VAT for access 17.00 – 23.00 Friday and Saturday

Capacity dependent on the event and seating layout: Theatre style row – 40 seated
Standing – 60 standing

Tucked away on the second floor this light and airy space is perfect for larger meetings and workshops. If you book it for an event in the evening our bar will be open for your guests to enjoy drinks.

Please note there is limited lift access to the AALP Studio which is located on the second floor of the building.
