Conditions Of Sale

i. You will be offered a full refund, should any performance be cancelled due to Covid-19.
ii. The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
iii. The management reserves the right to make essential changes to the programme or casting.
iv. Photography or audio recordings are strictly prohibited.
v. Latecomers may be admitted subject to each Company’s policy.
vi. All tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable except in the event of a cancellation.
vii. All tickets will be e-tickets. Please be ready to show these on your mobile phone or print them and bring them with you to Wilton’s.
viii. We do not post tickets and you will not be able to collect tickets from the box office. Without proof of an e-ticket we will not be able to let you enter the building.

Exchanges, Cancellations & Refunds

In the event of a cancelled performance, patrons will first be offered the opportunity to exchange tickets for another performance; if there are no alternative tickets or if the patron is not able to attend an alternative performance the full purchase cost of the ticket will be refunded.

If the performance is cancelled due to Covid-19 you will be offered a full refund.

Subject to availability, tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production at a cost of £3 per order (not per ticket). Tickets cannot be exchanged between productions.

Exchanges can only be requested by emailing [email protected] details of the order number and when you would like to exchange to. Please note we cannot guarantee any exchange requests. We are unable to offer exchanges on tickets within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.

We are unable to offer credit notes in place of an exchange or refund as we cannot transfer sales across productions.

Any previous handling or transaction charges are non-refundable.

Please check your tickets and confirmation email carefully as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date.

Ticket Delivery

All tickets are e-tickets.

You will be able to specify any access requirements during the booking process.

When you book your ticket online you will receive a confirmation email and an email with your tickets attached as a pdf.

You can either show your tickets on your mobile phone or print them out at home.

Please be ready to show your ticket(s) when entering the hall. We are not posting any tickets, and you will not be able to collect tickets from the box office.

Without proof of an e-ticket we will not be able to let you enter the hall.
