A Christmas Carol in Words and Music

“I will live in the past, the present, and the future.”

Anton Lesser gives a virtuoso performance of A Christmas Carol. Dickens’ famous ‘ghostly little story’ is woven with beautiful, haunting music, performed by Orchestra of the Swan’s on-stage musicians.

Anton (Wolf Hall, Endeavour, Harry Potter, Andor)is a magician of the spoken word. In A Christmas Carol, he conjures the spirit of Dickens, bringing his teeming cast of unforgettable characters to brilliant, vivid life.

There may be more Christmas Carols than ghosts of Christmas past, but Anton’s A Christmas Carol in Words and Music is the perfect start to the season’s celebrations!

Antonsays: ‘I’m thrilled to perform Dickens’ immortal work in Wilton’s wonderfully atmospheric music hall.’

INCENDIARY – Samuel Pepys in Words and Music

Power. Corruption. Plague. Fire. War – and the fall of Kings.

Pepys’s immortal account of ordinary life in extraordinary times, brought to life by Edward Bennett (RSC Associate, Bridgerton, SAS Rogue Heroes) and leading Baroque soprano, Grace Davidson (Max Richter’s Sleep, Tenebrae, Wolf Hall Live and film/TV, including Hamnet, Frankenstein, The Mirror and the Light), accompanied by acclaimed lutenist, Daniel Murphy.

Combining Pepys’s inimitable words with the ethereal Baroque and the earthy Broadside Ballads of London’s streets, Hambletts productions (Red Sky at Sunrise, A Beautiful Thread, By A Lady) are “mighty glad” to return to Wilton’s with this explosive production.

A Brief Case of Crazy

OFFIE WINNER 2026

An award-winning romantic physical comedy from Skeddale Theatre & Shoddy Theatre in association with York Theatre Royal

Inspired by the timeless genius of Mr Bean, Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton, A Brief Case of Crazy is a heart-warming and hilarious physical comedy told through slick choreography, mime, clowning and puppetry.

Meet Thomas, an awkward, introverted office worker with a quiet crush on his equally shy colleague, Daisy. His quest for love must contend with a boisterous boss named Simon and a rather bothersome briefcase that drags an awkward introvert into extraordinary events.

Will his quest for love fail? Or will he discover it’s what’s on the inside that counts?

A Brief Case of Crazy is a silent love story with a very loud heart.

An Audience with Virginia Woolf: Writing One’s Mind

In this compelling new play, Virginia Woolf delivers a withering critique of patriarchy, laying bare her brilliant, complex mind. Drawing from her novels The Waves, Orlando and To the Lighthouse and her polemic essay A Room of One’s Own, Woolf dips into her own stream of consciousness to reveal her clarity on women and the fissure of her vulnerability. The play celebrates women winning their freedom in literature and championing writers from our past to inspire the voices of our future.

Written and performed by Lucy Stevens, an actor, singer and theatre maker. Lucy Stevens creates new work telling women’s stories, touring throughout the UK and internationally and has featured on BBC 2, BBC Radio 3 and BBC Radio 4. Lucy returns to Wilton’s Music Hall following her previous acclaimed performances of Gertrude Lawrence: A lovely way to spend an evening in 2024 and Kathleen Ferrier Whattalife! in 2025.

Directed by Scotsman Fringe First award winner Margarett Perry, an acclaimed director of new work and the Artistic Director of Twilight Theatre Company, based in New York.

Wiesenthal

James Seabright and NJNG Productions present

Wiesenthal

by Tom Dugan
Directed by Mark Liebert
Performed by Christopher C Gibbs

The true story of the Holocaust survivor and Nazi hunter, Simon Wiesenthal – an ordinary man who did extraordinary things – returns to London for a strictly limited run.

Filled with hope, humanity and humour, Wiesenthal comes to Wilton’s Music Hall following an acclaimed, sell-out Edinburgh season in 2023, a sell-out London premiere in 2024 and a sell-out Australian premiere at Adelaide Fringe earlier this year.

Wiesenthal is based on the life of Simon Wiesenthal, who survived the Holocaust and devoted the rest of his life to bringing Nazi war criminals to justice.

Intelligent, funny, flawed and noble, Wiesenthal was a universal hero. His unbelievable dedication and tenacity over decades is honoured in this play, which takes place on his final day in his Vienna office in 2003.

Mrs Dalloway

Experience Virginia Woolf like never before in this moving, witty, and dazzingly theatrical adaptation of a modern masterpiece. Mrs Dalloway is created by award-winning director Jen Heyes and Olivier Award-winning artist Kit Green (Tina C, Ida Barr), who also transforms into all 16 roles – including that of Woolf herself.

A single day in June 1923. Upper class socialite Clarissa Dalloway travels across London as she prepares for a party she will be hosting that evening. Across town, war veteran Septimus Smith struggles against the horrors of his own experience and lost autonomy.

Friends, lovers, and enemies; daughters and sons; physicians and teachers; soldiers and clowns. As Clarissa and Septimus confront ghosts of the past and present in their separate worlds, a party brings these many dissonant lives together in a single, fragile, moment.

Fusing drama, live music, film and technical artistry into a fully immersive experience of modern cine-theatre, Mrs Dalloway invites you into Woolf’s world to ask – what makes us who we are?

Direction and dramaturgy by Adam Brace

★★★★★ ‘This is political theatre that is true, and hilarious and horrifying’ – The Independent

Rebecca Biscuit and Louise Mothersole (Sh!t Theatre) were invited to the European Capital of Culture, Valetta, in 2018. They thought they would have a holiday, interview some expats and get drunk.

They found a lot more than they expected – mystery and murder in the fight to be European. Join Becca and Louise in this rollicking and riotous exploration of immigration and home which could not be more topical today.
